Book Review: Marks of the Messenger

It’s popular in reformed circles to be unhappy with most evangelism books. While there are some remarkable exceptions, such as J. I. Packer’s Evangelism and the Sovereignty of Godand Mark Dever’s The Gospel and Personal Evangelism, this sentiment I’m afraid is validated by the method-centered approach of many, if not most, popular books on evangelism.
