9Marks Journal: Return to the Gospel (Revista 9Marcas: Volvamos al evangelio)
The gospel of Jesus Christ is the most important truth in the whole universe. We, the followers of Christ, are called to know him, love him, live according to this truth, defend him and announce him to the whole world. In our fifth edition of the 9Marks Journal, we call on all of Latin America: «Let’s return to the gospel! Let’s go back to that old message. Let us return to the gospel that is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes (Rom. 1:16). Only that gospel can save sinners and unify them to form healthy local churches. There is no other message, no other hope. This is the gospel that lives forever, «as full of vitality as when it first came from the lips of God; as powerful to convince and convert, to regenerate and comfort, to sustain and sanctify, as it was from its first days when it worked wonders.
