चर्च अगुवापन सम्बन्धी बुझाइ

चर्चलाई कसले अगुवाइ गर्छ ? यो कुरा किन परमेश्वरको लागि महत्वपूर्ण छ ?
परमेश्वरले आफ्नो महिमाको वास्ता राख्नुहुन्छ र उहाँले स्थानीय चर्चद्वारा आफ्नो महिमा प्रदर्शन गर्न चाहनुहुन्छ । यही उद्देश्यको निम्ति परमेश्वरले चर्चमा एल्डरहरू, डिकनहरू, सदस्यहरू, र चर्च सदस्यहरूको अधिकार स्थापित गर्नुभएको छ । चर्चको संरचना सम्बन्धी यस आधारभूत शिक्षाले चर्चको फरक ओहोदाहरूलाई एकअर्का र परमेश्वरको महिमासँगको सम्बन्धमा रहेर बुझ्न साहयता गर्दछ ।
