Authority is a gift from God, entrusted for the good and edification of his people. Yet it is often misunderstood and sometimes misused within the Church.

So, what should the authority God entrusts to His Church look like? How can we distinguish the authority of members from that of elders? As pastors and elders, how can we shepherd the flock with zeal and dedication, avoiding bad authority?
