What’s a very common temptation when it comes to building & growing churches?

It’s tempting to think, “If I were just a little smarter or a little more articulate or a little funnier, then my church would be a little bit better and grow a little bit faster.”

But it’s important for pastors to remember that ultimately God is at the work of building his church, and not so-called gifted men.
